The location was great, in a shopping area and overlooking street. The room was nicely furnished and tidy. It had an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment, and a satellite TV. Everyone we met from the staff was affable and excellent.

The venue was fine, I loved the stay and the location was particularly good not far from Kinshasa as well as a shopping area. Overall it was well furnished and big, with a private bathroom. The staff was very amiable and always helped me. The vibe here was quiet.

The bedroom was brand new and really clean. It came equipped with a laptop safe, a minibar, and an iron. 🛏️.

The room was big and had a great Big Screen TV with lots of channels. the hotel staff was available and helpful. the location was great, with access to important places in the city.

We were forced to share a towel and use what we had available for washing.

During my recent stay, the hotel staff were excellent in attending to any issue or question. the location was very convenient, situated near a bank and close to anywhere I needed to go. the rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of closet space, outlets for electronics, and even a fridge provided. the bathroom had no problems with hot water and there were sufficient bathroom supplies available.

Breakfast was a little lacking in options and staff were not great at restocking items that ran out.
